Mike Eckardt



Supervisor



Over 35+ years of experience owning and operating a corporation. Electronic/Electrical Engineering degree. Worked with Fortune 500 companies and the Big 3 auto companies across the USA, Mexico, Canada, and the Middle East. Elected precinct delegate for Goodland Township. Appointed Lapeer Republican Party Executive Committee member. State Election inspector. I was appointed to the Lapeer County Board of Canvassers. Member of Stand-up Lapeer and Lapeer Tea Party Organization. Appointed Chairman of the Goodland Township Road Committee. Elected President of Keatington Mill Lake Homeowners Association for 6 years. Life-long Michigan resident, married for 45 years to Peggy with 2 adult children/spouses and 8 local grandchildren.



Amy Nolin



Clerk



Amy has lived in Goodland since 1996, but her family has owned the property since the 50s. She started getting involved in Township goings on around 2000 by attending Board meetings and joining the Planning Commission. Thereafter, she became the recording secretary for Goodland Twp and others. In 2004, when her son was 10 weeks old, she was asked to be the Deputy Clerk. She worked "full-time" for Goodland until Jan 2008, when she got a full- time job at McLaren. Since then, it's been nights/weekends/elections. In her spare time, she likes to read. However, she can usually be found watching play baseball (Go SHU Saints # 53) or volunteering.​



LOUIS PARSCH



Treasurer



Lou is a lifelong resident of Goodland Twp and has been serving the Goodland Twp community as Treasurer for 23 years and before that he served for 6 years on the Board of Review. Lou has earned the 2009 Treasurer of the Year Award and continues his training classes and education for Treasurer. He has built great relationships with other township residents as well as other treasurers in the county. Louis donates his time to the Knights of Columbus Council #4556, Imlay City Chamber of Commerce, and the Lapeer Republican Party. He is also a local business owner. He married his wife, Sandy, and they have five children , one who is currently serving as an alternate on the ZBA and one that is the Assistant Fire Chief for Goodland's Fire Department, as well as being a grandfather to ten grandchildren.

Trustee



Julie has been a resident of Goodland Twp for 20 years. Her husband's family roots in Goodland township dates back to the 1860's. Julie grew up in Macomb County. She worked for thirty years in IT for EDS, HP & General Motors. She currently works locally as the office manager for a road construction company. She had the opportunity to work in another local township office for a little over two years, learning the ins and outs of what it takes to run a township. While there, she was also the Zoning Board and Planning Commission recording secretary. She has worked as an election poll worker and an election inspector. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge in her Trustee position serving the residents of Goodland Township. In her spare time, Julie enjoys bowling on two leagues, golfing on her woman's league and when the weather cooperates, she loves spending time outdoors.​

Michael grew up in Clinton Township, Michigan and graduated from Chippewa Valley High School. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Management in Troy, Michigan. In 2015, Michael retired from The HoneyBaked Ham Company as Vice President of Operations. He and his family have also owned various businesses throughout the years. Michael has been married to his wife Janet for over 35 years and they are blessed with three wonderful children and four grandchildren. Michael and Janet have owned their home in Goodland Township since 2010.

Michelle was appointed as Deputy Treasurer in 2013 after she moved from Millington to Burnside Twp. She not only works as a Deputy, but is also in charge with the building and maintenance of the township website as well as the social media accounts. In her spare time, she works on being an online influencer as well as being a wife, to her husband Dean, and mother to four of her own children and seven step-children and eight grandchildren. She also participated in helping the re-launch the Sanilac County Ducks Unlimited Chapter.
